Leading Without Leaving Yourself Behind
The remarkable personal story of the first woman to serve as Chief of Staff to Israel’s President
Against All Odds
Dr. Rivka Ravitz shares her extraordinary journey from a Haredi home to the heart of Israeli public life. With warmth, humour and disarming honesty, she explores the challenges of building a demanding career, raising a large family and completing a doctorate in computer science—all while remaining deeply rooted in her faith and identity.
When World Leaders Bowed
The remarkable stories behind the images that travelled around the world—including moments when President Joe Biden and Pope Francis respectfully accommodated Rivka’s religious boundaries. Rivka reveals how quiet conviction, personal courage and loyalty to one’s values can earn respect in even the most powerful and unfamiliar rooms.
A Different Kind of Leadership
This is not a story about “having it all.” It is a practical and inspiring exploration of leadership, resilience and refusing to accept other people’s definitions of what is possible. Audiences leave encouraged to pursue ambitious goals without abandoning their families, beliefs or authentic selves.
